Comprei esse livro na viagem que fiz à Irlanda em julho de 2017, mas só comecei a lê-lo muito tempo depois e só o terminei hoje, três anos e meio depois. Apesar de ser cansativo, pois traz muita informação (e muita informação desconhecida para nós, brasileiros) e muitos nomes de figuras importantes para a história nacional, é um livro interessantíssimo e na medida. O autor consegue resumir séculos de história em 250 páginas e, ainda por cima, dividindo-as em capítulos curtos que dão... leia mais
