    Amor fati

Highly recommend this book if you’re curious about Nietzsche’s philosophy but finds his writing inaccessible. Yalom’s takes on nietzsche’s most intricate concepts - God’s death, the Eternal Return, lonliness, Agonis - are straightfoward and simple to understard. To my viewing, he pinned Nietzsche’s speech PERFECTLY, both his prophet tone and polite but stiff manner of a normal human being. There is no doubt in my mind that Friedrich Nietzsche was a genius and i am grateful to have been able to learn more about him in this fictional history that could have happened. You can tell this book took a LOT of research. My favorite part were Bruer’s and Nietzsche’s banters. Just. So. Cool. The air people breathed in end XIXth century europe was a genius. Just wow. The bigget lesson i shall take away from this book is Amor fati: love your destiny. And Thus i willed it. Thus it was. Thus it shall always be.
