A novelização da ameaça fantasma é idêntica ao que acontece no filme, enquanto a do ataque dos clones inclui as cenas que foram deletadas, que acabaram dando destaque a relação do Anakin e da Padmé, entretanto é a vingança dos sith que leva a cereja do bolo, contendo novamente as cenas que comentaram que excluíram do filme, com um autor que explorava as motivações e os personagens sentiam em determinados momentos, tornando ainda mais devastador tudo o que aconteceu, cada capítulo tinha uma comparação que era uma f4c4d4 diferente, eu que tinha planejado ler a trilogia antes do lançamento da série do Obi-Wan terminei em lágrimas com esse terceiro livro.
