The Noaamites refuse to help Gen 13 and the aliens who took over their ship as Caitlin recalls the events of the past few days. Upon learning the ship has sustained heavy damage after colliding with a larger alien craft, the Noaamites activate the ship's self-destruct sequence and flee. Roxy disables the sequence with her powers, and Kobeh leads the team on a spacewalk to conduct repairs. Grunge and Freefall wander into the larger craft and are attacked by one of its passengers. They fend him off and are joined by Caitlin and Kobeh who reveals the craft belongs to the D'rahn, an ancient race of violent, warlike conquerors. The D'rahn attacks again, easily overwhelming the team until Grunge uses a device of Kobeh's to kill him. Tragically, Kobeh was mortally wounded in the fight. Grunge and Caitlin dislodge the Noaamite ship and take Kobeh back aboard. Kobeh tells Grunge to remember these events, touching him on the forehead, and then passes away.
