    Envelheceu como leite

    Para quem busca livros de vendas, não recomendo a leitura. Livro envelheceu muito mal e bastante assuntos ou ferramentas não fazem mais sentido. Piora mais ainda por ser em um contexto americano, muita coisa não sendo aplicável culturalmente no Brasil. O livro tem vários ensinamentos coaching (no sentido ruim) que enchem muitas páginas e fica uma leitura tediosa. Para prospecção, recomendo diversos outros livros, como Receita Previsível e SPIN Selling. Se quer algo mais motivacional, Mindset.
