My first experience with english
I wanted to start reading in English with a comic and a story that I already knew. The language is similar to Portuguese, some words were easy to understand by context. This issue of Monica Teen is not my favorite, despite highlighting other secondary characters.I felt that the moral of the story was finished in a shallow way. Mariana's bulimia could be a guideline for treating her eating disorders, as the image distortion does not seem to be over. Isa is a character who shows her healthy life in other ways, and is super friendly with the whole gang. I liked that they showed all the girls in Belly Dance. However, this experience is very important for me to understand English easily and with a colloquial language comic book.
