    Achei muito massa e me empolguei demais em tentar seguir meu ritmo circadiano, e muito legal como me fez refletir muito nos meus órgãos e me perguntar se estou cuidando bem deles, cada órgão com seu relógio e a partir deste livro aprendi que devo dar o devido descanso a cada órgão do meu corpo e, respeitar cada horário, achei muito legal o livro e irei tentar ao máximo aplicar os conceitos aqui aprendido. Irei evitar ao máximo comer tarde, para que meus órgãos tenha o descanso necessário pra ter um bom funcionamento no dia seguinte.
