Eu não abro meus olhos para que não possa vê-lo, mas posso sentir seu cheiro. Ele torna espesso o ar que respiro, sufocando-me com seu cheiro... Seu perfume. Eu estremeço. Tenho que resistir. Se não for forte, então vou ser relegada para o mesmo destino desse predador cuja doença infecta-me agora mesmo.
