One of the best books from Wild Cards series. A true Horrorshow, brought by Hellraiser from another dimension. Heroes corrupted. This is good sh*t, if you love a good reading. Epic story overall. The next book, the 4th of the 'mean streets triad', offers a different pace, 'back to normality'. #1 and #2 were awesome too, each 'different' on its own way. This book, the 3rd, is 'crazy-paced' and unique. You'll probably read it fast, as you'll be eager to know what'll happen next. I didn't like Melinda Snodgrass because of that terrible book she wrote: wild cards double solitary. But here, she managed to change my mind. Now I admit she's a great writer.
