One-act plays of to-day

This volume consist of twelve plays by modern authors, nine of whom were not represented in the first collection, while the remaining three are revealed in new moods. An attempt has been made to give examples of as many different types of work as possible. There are, for instance, specimens of Irish comedy and tragedy, Lancashire comedy, ironical plays, war plays, studies in fantasy and horror, a costume play, and a Nativity play.
