This is a short fictional story (200 pages or so) about a well-to-do pastor and church who are suddenly forced to look at what being a 'Christian' means when a homeless man busts into their church and asks them how they are following the footsteps of Jesus... After a traumatic incident, the pastor asks all those who are interested to ask themselves 'what would Jesus do' before taking any action in their lives, with no critism from others. One Mutual Fund manager begins to question having certain companies in his portfolio that he knows pollute rivers, or another company that has child sweat shop labor. In other words, it made the congregation think about issues they wouldn't have thought of otherwise. Another young member of the church is a serious computer whiz and is offered a very lucrative contract with a computer firm, but they do house adult material on some of their servers. Would Jesus take that job?

Sheldon, com um cenário muito mais atual e um contexto bem mais dinâmico, mas ainda com a mesma sinceridade de um novo estilo de vida. A leitura vale muito a pena, mas muito mesmo! Curti cada segundo, e fui, novamente, impactada pela forte e tocante mensagem.
