Roger Gilbert Lancelyn Green
Roger Lancelyn Green nasceu em 1918 em Norwich. Ele foi para Merton College, Oxford, onde se interessou especialmente pelas lendas authurianas e pela história do mito na literatura e escreveu prolificamente sobre livros infantis e escritores. Suas publicações incluem: King Arthur and His Knights, The Adventures Of Robin Hood, Tales Of The Greek Heroes and The Tale Of Troy. O Sr. Green viveu em Cheshire, em uma mansão que seus ancestrais possuíram por mais de 900 anos. Ele morreu em outubro de 1987.
