    Adorei o livro, principalmente a parte que nos orienta a como driblar os pensamentos negativos

    Martin Meadows tem uma receita para nos fazer relaxar, desde que, evidentemente, sigamos suas orientações, que não são difíceis, mas requerem disciplina. Para mim, ter disciplina, na maioria das vezes, já é uma fonte de stress, mas há várias dicas para regularmos nossa vida e ficarmos longe do stress, mesmo tendo que nos disciplinar um pouco com isso. Adorei o livro, principalmente a parte que nos orienta a como driblar os pensamentos negativos. Fazer quem te esetressou, aparecer em sua mente, quando lembrar do evento, com óculos grandes cor de rosa, bigodões, luvas amarelas e falando numa voz fina e esquisita é o máximo.
