Meu primeiro livro sobre procrastinação. Não achei repetitivo. Gostei das dicas práticas do autor. Fiz algumas anotações. Eu recomendaria para alguém que estivesse querendo começar a entrar nessa. Pessoalmente, gosto de livros que têm referências quando falam "estudos mostram", "pesquisadores descobriram", para que eu possa ler os trabalhos originais, sabe? Mas talvez seja particularidade minha. Comento isso porque ele fala sobre coisas que ajudam nosso cérebro a procrastinar menos se... leia mais
