Having it all can cost you everything.

Carrie has given up a lot to get to the top. Now in her 40s, she’s got a plum position as a TV producer, a successful screenwriter husband, and beautiful homes in London and at the seaside. So when she goes out on maternity leave, upending her child-free life, she worries it will be impossible to find a good temp to take her place.
