"Boys Over Flowers: Jewelry Box" (alguns o chamam de Volume 37) contém duas histórias curtas que ocorrem um ano após o final de "Boys Over Flowers" volume 36. Ele também contém uma seção com alguns dos eventos importantes da série que mostram os personagens amadurecendo, além de uma faixa bônus especial.
Na história de abertura, Tsukushi Makino vai até Paris para o casamento de sua amiga Shizuka, e lá encontra grandes surpresas. A segunda história, “Shall I Talk About Myself?” (Ore no Hanashi wo Shiyouka), é contada através da perspectiva de Rui Hanazawa enquanto reflete sobre seus sentimentos por Tsukushi.
