Handbook of CLinical Anesthesia

Welcome to the third edition of the Handbook of clinical anesthesia. When first conceived, the Handbook was to be a "bridge" to the scope of knowledge required for superior clinical care. Although still the primary goal, the Handbook has become part of the Clinical Anesthesia, and the new Lippincott-Raven Interactive Anesthesia Library on CD-ROM. The aim of the series is to facilitate rapid azquisition and comprehensive understanding of the scientific and clinical foundations of our specialty.
