Seeing these two Byrne's books you might think why she did not published this one and then "The Secret" later? yes because this is a super preparation and some changes you have to make before wishing anything.

But I can also think that the reason which she chose it was because a lot of people wouldn't disagree and refused to read this books first, a larger number of them (including me), don't like to waste time by reading this type of book without any reason. So if you read "The Secret" first, you can accept it easily.

It's easy for you just wish something, do your part and wait for the reward but you have to check that your feelings, energies and good expectations are in harmony, too, so you must open this book, work your inner side to complete everything you already know and make your dreams come true, and of course, avoid a lot of things you do without realizing.

I'm a bipolar person and I know it's no easy to keep my mood, feelings and thoughts because I can feel the owner of the world and in a blink of an eye the worst person of all (it happens fast and without any reason), and due to the fact I've grown up with this, I never gave so much attention to this problem, maybe because it comes and goes fast.

I loved to read this book even though I could prove to myself that the Secret works, it's not fair when you feel sad and the more you try to change it by yourself, most time it doesn't work.

It's amazing the way you can work your body, toughts and feelings with this book, secrets that you already knew or at least did the opposite without knowing hehe.

Some notes during the reading:
I don't know if she did it on purpose but It bothered me a little to read repeated phrases, but maybe she did it just to help you keep it in mind for good!
