At My Darkest

At My Darkest is a collection of poems written at and about the lowest points of my life. It explores the topics of depression, anxiety, suicide, death, and trauma. Writing poetry about things that I was going through has always helped me get out of my head since I was young. I feel it is time for me to share these experiences with others in hopes that someone realizes they aren't alone in their mental health journey
