“Draco,” she said slowly. “What year do you think it is?”

Draco scoffed.

“What year do I—really Granger? Don’t be ridiculous. It's 1998. What are you playing at?”

Hermione felt as though she was punched in the stomach. Her breath whooshed out of her and she gripped the wardrobe beside her to steady herself.

“1998?” she managed to croak. Why was she suddenly feeling so overheated?

Draco gave her an annoyed look.

“It's 2005 Draco, you and I…we live here together. We’re getting married in three months…don’t you remember?”

“What the bloody fuck are you talking about Granger?”



Seven years post war, Hermione and Draco are engaged and very much in love. Until one day Draco wakes up and has no memory of anything since being acquitted at his trial in 1998 right after the war ended.
