Growth

I'm a new poet a dream poet. Writing a book has been a dream. I write about my struggles with mental health: Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, PTSD and crippling shyness. I did time in prison and write about my experience when I got out. Being on parole is no joke. I have nightmares and have been through years of therapy over my experiences. I write about everything and anything. I write what feels right.
