Sinceramente eu não entendi que o L Frank Baum fez aqui. Nenhum dos pontos positivos que eu citei em Ozma of Oz se repetiu nesse livro, e de quebra eu não consigo pensar nele como uma história só: parece que o autor juntou dois núcleos distintos e só mandou para a editora. Eu me dei a meta de ler essa saga em inglês, mas tudo ficava tão confuso que simplesmente não conseguia continuar sem recorrer à versão em português.
