Noxus, God of Air

Noxus is a harmless prankster, a low-ranked villain who would never hurt anyone. He pulls harmless pranks on heroes using his control over air. Sometimes, he'll fling a pie into someone's face at a restaurant, or maybe he'll pull a cape over a hero's face while they're flying. Ever since graduating from Super Academy, he's been classified as a harmless villain that's mostly ignored by the League of Superheroes.

That all changes one day when his son is brutally attacked by a group of junior heroes. Noxus, the now self-proclaimed God of Air, is helpless as he learns that his son has been killed by a group of heroes on their first mission. Irate, he flies into a murderous rage. Now, he won't stop until everyone who had anything to do with his son's death is brought to justice. His brand of justice. He'll grind the entire League of Superheroes to dust if that's what it takes to get his revenge.
