Pacific Rising

A hurricane brews in the Pacific, grounding all military aircraft. The storm awakens an ancient predator from a decades-long slumber, a Kaiju bent on ravaging Tokyo. Storm conditions and a treaty banning nuclear weapons hinder offensive capabilities.
