Profitable Day and Swing Traiding

This book is dedicated to my lifelong friend Gary Fishman, who passed away
suddenly in April 2012. He and I learned the markets and technical analysis
together from the time we were teenagers until his passing. We shared somewhat
parallel investment paths writing investment columns in our respective college
newspapers and then professionally in our early years of employment in Wall
Street. Gary and I had planned to write this book together, and since he had just
recently retired, the idea seemed to give him a spark of excitement. I count him
among my best friends in life and miss him dearly.
