Amazing!
The book was very well written and is essential for everyone who deals with people on a daily basis. The book provides examples of questions and how to apply them in different contexts of professional life. In addition, it presents the experience of several leaders of companies from different segments. I wish my leaders had read this book, I would have been much more open to sharing my thoughts.
