Uma coisa que andei prestando bastante atenção na Patti Smith é a forma que ela diz sobre os acontecimentos da sua vida de uma forma quase que natural. Isso é bom pra quem quer escrever uma biografia sobre si mesmo, contar um acontecimento ou simplesmente deixar registrado.

Achei marcante que a Patti nunca consegue se esquecer que o seu grande auge foi os anos 70, todo aquele movimento hippie que cercava ela diariamente e isso parece ter feito muito bem pra mente dela. Claro que nesse tempo teve a perda de dois amigos super queridos, e isso também vem sendo um dos tópicos que me impressionou sobre ela. Da mesma forma que ela conversa de forma tão naturalizada, ela deixa tão claro a sua tristeza pelos acontecimentos negativos. Sua trajetória se torna interessante por isso e acredito que Patti foi uma das rockstars escritoras de mais sucesso.

Gosto da honestidade e a sinceridade que o livro passa a quem lê, parece que ela não quis esconder nenhum pedaço e expôs a sua vida praticamente inteira aqui... Incluindo a eleição do Donald Trump.
