Tough reading
Of course it’s a difficult book to read, but from the things I got from all the months reading it, I can affirm that our society today is very similar to what Socrates and Glaucon were creating in their imagination. It’s weird to think that they could observe or predict how the reality was going to be. I know that not 100% of it is real, but the essence of capitalism is there. That’s something to think about…
