Admito que gostei mais deste do que do primeiro, mas essa série está fluindo super bem na leitura...Aqui vamos ter a história do Evan, um libertino que não tem intenção de se casar e quando criança magoou profundamente a melhor amiga da irmã, Josie. Desde aquele dia, ela nutre um ódio por ele e faz de tudo para evitá-lo, mas quando eles se encontram no casamento da Aubrey e Evan descobre que ela pode ter informações sobre Claire, sua irmã desaparecida, ele resolve se aproximar dela. Mas o que era para ser só uma estratégia para conseguir as informações, acaba se complicando quando ele percebe que nutre sentimentos por ela.
