O básico esquecido

Eu sou genuinamente interessada nas outras pessoas, porém, quando menos espero lá estou eu convertendo a conversa para mim. Seja falando que eu também já passei por algo parecido ou viajando na minha cabeça e de certa forma ignorando o que a outra pessoa esta dizendo e, sinceramente, eu me sinto péssima por isso. Além disso, eu não gosto de silência. Eu consigo ficar em silêncio sozinha por horas e tudo bem, mas basta ter uma pessoa do meu lado e eu falo sem parar. Isso me irrita.
Daí achei esse livro que dá algumas dicas de como escutar. Trás conceitos básicos de como e pra que escutar. Achei bastante interessante.
