Gostei muito.

A história se passa no futuro, onde a Terra foi quase totalmente destruída por guerras e o clima que fez tudo virar um grande deserto.
Veral é da raça Argurma, e viaja explorando planetas não habitados em busca de coisas que podem ter valor. Ao encontrar a Terra ele vê apenas mais um local de exploração e coleta.
Terri é uma dos poucos humanos que vem conseguindo sobreviver na Terra. Sem família e fugindo de uma gangue de homens que caçam mulheres ela se depara com Veral, um alien enorme de aparência assustadora e sem sentimentos.
Eu amei ver eles se conhecendo, principalmente o Veral que vem de um lugar onde sentimentos é visto como falha.
