Jasmine está em um relacionamento e tem um casamento para ir com o namorado, um vestido lindo adquirido para a ocasião. Até que o namorado marca um encontro com ela, e ela pensa que ele vai propor casamento... mas não.
Ela desabafa com sua melhor amiga Mila, que é bem realista e fala que o tipo de homem de Jasmine é furada, e propõe uma nova lista.
Trabalhando como "fotógrafa" de Violet, uma influenciadora digital, Jasmine viaja e vai a muitos eventos. Mila e Ben são seus melhores amigos e estão sempre disponíveis para ela, assim como sua própria mãe que é também sua amiga.
Este livro é mais sobre a desenvolvimento pessoal, Jasmine vai se permitindo sair da zona de conforto, a ter novas experiências, a ter um novo olhar sobre as situações e sobre o seu futuro, o que quer para sí.
