Roderick Edward "Legs" McNeil
Legs McNeil (nasceu em 1957) é o co-fundador e escritor da Punk Magazine. Seu apelido na revista era "resident punk" (habitante punk). Ele também foi editor da revista Spin magazine. McNeil é também o co-autor do livro "Please Kill Me: The Uncensored Oral History of Punk" (No Brasil: Mate-me por favor: Uma História Sem Censura do Punk) com Gillian McCain (Penguin Books, 1996).
