Sombrio

Darren estava bem evoluído neste livro bem como sua relação com Mr. Crespley. Foi uma narração bem dark, que fica mais sombria a cada livro.
É legal ver como Darren lida com sua vida passada, com sua vida de adolescente e problemas dessa época e sua vida vampiresca.
A relação que apareceu na história foi bem triste e passageira, uma brincadeira de iludir o personagem e o leitor em pensar que Darren poder ter uma vida "normal".
