American readers can use the glossary in the back to translate the slang and dialect--essential, since the dialogue makes the book. This is a bleak vision sung as musical comedy.

O começo do livro eu fiquei meio perdido com os personagens e os apelidos, depois que me acostumei me diverti bastante com algumas histórias e ao mesmo tempo tive bastante nojo de outras.

Alguns personagens como o Rents são bem complexos e interessantes de acompanhar, mas em algum momento você fica meio cansado de toda essa transição entre eles.
