Dave, Curtis, and Victor are planning for the best summer ever. As fifteen-year-olds, it is the last free summer of their lives and they are going to make the best of it, that is until all their dads who unfortunately are also friends decide that the three boys should start working now. The trio figures that if they can figure out a way to come up with something like $7,500.00 they can avoid working all together which starts them on a path of misadventure involving, Tacoma's mysterious China tunnels, bank robbers, missing treasure, and scuba diving. The start by decimating their swank bomb shelter hide-away to sell everything at a yard sale with disastrous consequences leaving them further from their goal than ever.
