Órfã do tom sobrenatural que os primeiros capítulos prometeram

Acho que esse livro me pegou por alguns pontos muito específicos no começo. Um personagem com ouvido absoluto sendo guiado de maneira insana pela sua paixão pela música? Uma criança com desenvolvimento atípico caindo num limbo sobre o quanto seu comportamento vem da sua própria natureza e o quanto seria reflexo da criação que ela submetida? As dificuldades de comunicação? O papel da escrita? A menção ao programa Ídolos? A restrição alimentar? Eu sou fonoaudióloga demais pra não embarcar de cabeça num enredo destes. PORÉM todo o tempo eu esperei que algum elemento sobrenatural fosse explicitamente detalhado explicando a origem da personagem e o efeito que ela (e sua voz, principalmente) causava nos outros. De lobisomem a alienígena passando por hipnose eu tava pronta para tudo menos o que foi entregue: nada.

Também faltou aviso de gatilho pra caramba.
