Cooper and Allison spend the rest of the summer together discovering their love of many things, including each other.

Summer eventually comes to an end, but their love does not. Allison heads home to start her senior year, but an opportunity brings Cooper closer to Allison than either of them would have expected.

Mr. Perez is the new English teacher at Allison’s high school.

Eu definitivamente não esperava isso do livro.
Com um inglês intermediário, Teach Me conta a historia de dois jovens que se apaixonaram em uma praia durante suas férias de verão. Allison deveria voltar para casa no fim das férias e não sabia como conseguiria aguentar viver sem aquele que tornou sua vida mais alegre. Cooper sonhava em trabalhar como professor e como se o destino quisesse provar que o amor deles teria de ser absoluto para sobreviver, Cooper foi contratado pela escola de Ali para ser seu professor.
Eu confesso que esperei uma historia onde eles iriam se apaixonar apenas quando ele fosse professor dela, uma coisa mais Pretty Little Liars. Mas nem me importei, o amor desses dois é tão denso e profundo, me peguei chorando diversas vezes.
O que me fez amar o livro foi o final, arrebatador e inesperado. Eu estava sentindo como se estivesse ali, esperando também notícias sobre o estado de Ali, não querendo de jeito nenhum que aquela historia de amor tivesse um fim tão trágico. Uma das melhores histórias de amor do YA que eu já vi. O amor dos dois é tão puro, tão incalculável. O fato de Ali ter sido salva por causa do amor de Cooper foi tão necessário naquela historia, foi o que o livro precisava pra ser perfeito. Eu estou maravilhada. Não tenho nem palavras....
