Muito bom!

Livro muito interessante sobre todo o processo do café, desde a plantação até o resultado final na xícara. Dá dicas de moedores, tipos de café, tem receitas de preparo. Gostei da franqueza do autor (dono de uma rede de cafés, que inclusive elogia outras redes e dá seus nomes e endereços). Conta também a história da rede, e as informações contidas aqui são precisas (todas vão ao encontro do que aprendi em um curso de barista). Recomendo.
