A mocinha é uma diretora de escola para meninas,uma filha de nobres ingleses: ela é a Lady Emma,tem 30 anos e ainda é uma donzela,e um Duque muito poderoso quer que ela se torne sua esposa...Mas esse não é um romance de época!!!!
Lady Emma esta sendo chantageada por um Duque asqueroso a se casar com ele ou ele ira destruir seu único lar a escola onde ela cresceu e hoje é a diretora,então ela ela elabora um plano para arruinar sua reputação e viaja ao Texas onde encontra o nosso mocinho que foi chantageado pela amiga em comum dos dois a ser seu guia e motorista; ele um folgado famoso jogador de golf se apresenta para nossa ingenua mocinha como motorista,guia e pasmem pra tirar sarro da coitada também se oferece como garoto de programa só que ele mal sabia era que Lady Emma aceitaria essa sua ultima oferta...
