Nina Borg, a Red Cross nurse, wife, and mother of two, is a compulsive do-gooder who can't say no when someone asks for help—even when she knows better. Lene Kaaberbøl
Nascida em Copenhague, Lene cresceu na pequena cidade de Malling na zona rural ao sul de Aarhus em Jutland. Seu primeiro livro foi publicando quando tinha apenas 15 anos. E este primeiro livro veio a se tornar uma série que nunca foi traduzida. Graduada em Aarhus Katedralskole e com licenciatura em inglês e dramaturgia pela Aarhus University, já trabalhou como professora do ensino médio e tradutora. Depois de residir em Zealand, Lene agora vive em Beder, perto de Malling.
