Donal Ryan
Donal Ryan é um escritor irlandês, nascido em 1976 na cidade de Nenagh situada no condado de Tipperary Norte. Sua primeira obra publicada foi The Spinning Heart (2012) vencedora do prêmio The Guardian First Book Award em 2013 e de livro do ano com o Irish Book Awards em 2012. Seu segundo livro The Thing About December (2013) foi descrito pelo autor John Boyne como sendo "A continuação perfeita de The Spinning Heart". Atualmente, Donal vive com a esposa Anne Marie e os dois filhos na cidade de Limerick na Irlanda.
