The issue begins with the Kingpin interrupting Elektra's conversation with her cousin. He tells the gangster that he expects a witness to be taken care of, but dead or not, the Kingpin wants a book that has names dates and money amounts of some of the Kingpin's contacts. Unfortunately for Elektra's cousin Matt Murdock is with his assassin's target and thwarts the hit.
