Garth Callaghan has been crafting lunches and napkin notes placed in those lunches since his daughter, Emma, was a small child. As she grew older, the notes became more meaningful. Coração quentinho!

Nunca pensei que um livro me fosse ajudar tanto na etapa de vida em que estou.

Não é apenas um livro sobre superação. Este livro relata uma filosofia de vida inspiradora, um amor incondicional demonstrado por cada mensagem nos guardanapos e tantas mas tantas lições de vida.

O facto de Garth não se ter deixado sucumbir pela doença, ter encontrado meios de se conectar às pessoas que o rodeavam e ainda estar pronto para ajudar sempre os outros, foi inspirador.

No dia a dia, reclamamos de boca cheia e este livro mostra como é necessário valorizar cada pedacinho de tempo com os nossos. Valorizar a sua companhia, amor e partilhas. Não sabemos o dia de amanhã, nem controlamos nada!

Vamos amar e ter mais fé, pois só isso nos irá elevar como bons seres.
