Esse quadrinho é uma sequencia do filme 28 days later, onde um apocalipse zumbi se inicia no meio do reino unido.
Nesse quadrinho acompanharmos a Selena, uma das únicas 3 pessoas que conseguiram fugir do pais sem ser infectada pelo vírus da raiva/zumbi, após meses se remoendo em culpa ela decide voltar para o centro dos infectados para ajudar um jornalista e sua equipe a expor para o mundo o que aconteceu (o virus zumbi foi mantido em segredo), porem o exercito e políticos tem outros planos...A personagem principal é uma mulher muito forte, inteligente e determinada, a historia dela é tocante principalmente quando mostra a relação que ela tinha com o marido. Uma união perfeita de ação, romance, politica.
