Povo inteligente

Não sei quem é mais inteligente, os personagens ou o autor do livro. Talvez sejam os personagens porque o autor pode ter inventado tudo, mas no livro tudo faz sentido. Quando encontro esse tipo de história em qualquer mídia fico me perguntando se alguém seria capaz de resolver as coisas assim. Você precisa ser expert em todas as áreas do conhecimento: história, mitologia, literatura, teologia, química, física, geografia, tecnologia... Enfim, tudo. E não é conhecimento comum do tipo William Shakespeare escreveu Romeu e Julieta. É conhecimento de coisas que eu, por exemplo, nunca ouvi falar. No caso aqui houve referência a divisões na Igreja Católica que eu nunca vi falar em lugar nenhum, bem como aos três Reis Magos.

É uma história interessante, mas que você tem que aceitar pelo que é. Se for analisar cada descoberta vira inacreditável. Sem falar no oportunismo dos vilões e o fato de estarem sempre passo a passo com os mocinhos.

Se você gosta de uma conspiração político religiosa, é uma boa pedida.
