If i’m a sword, i’m a sword made of glass

Glass sword (Espada de vidro) é um livro bastante surpreendente, tanto em aspectos positivos quanto em negativos. Foi uma leitura bastante demorada, que, claramente, possui um foco diferente do que o primeiro livro da saga.

A maior parte do livro relata a busca pelos novos sangues, o que consegue ser bastante repetitivo, porém interessante. Eu esperava um desenvolvimento bem mais amplo da maioria dos personagens principais, e isso acabou me decepcionando, já que todos parecem estar em um ciclo infinito de questionamentos e nada parece mudar realmente.

Maven, por mais que mal aparecesse, se provou um excelente vilão. A obsessão psicótica e a sua imprevisibilidade deram um “tchan” para o livro. Mare por outro lado é uma grande decepção.

Eu esperava mais desse livro, porém ele ainda assim foi muito bom.
