Jennifer McMahon
Nasceu em 1968 e cresceu na casa da avó, no subúrbio de Connecticut. É formada com um BA na Goddard College em 1991 e, em seguida, estudou poesia por um ano no MFA no Programa de Escrita em Vermont College. Deixou seu último trabalho em 2000 para trabalhar como escritora em tempo integral. Em 2004, deu à luz a uma filha, Zella. Atualmente vive em uma antiga casa vitoriana em Montpelier, Vermont.
