Apart from the very intriguing premise, I was completely captivated by the vividly descriptive writing of Annie Seaton. I've never been to the South Seas, but I feel as if I've been there and back after reading this. I could taste the salt in the sea air and feel the sunshine on my skin. It's an exhilarating read, to say the least. An unashamedly romantic piece of women's fiction which deserves to be the holiday read of the year. I particularly enjoyed reading about the girls' night out. It reminded me of my single days. Just the kind of book you'd love to discuss with your friends.Verdict? Loved it! Maria Mohan You know once in a while I love reading a good romance novel and this is a very good romance novel. Very well written and you can very well imagine the characters.I know this one will be one I will be reading again at some other time. If you enjoy a good romance story then I think you might enjoy this one. Geeky Girl Reviews Annie Seaton has crafted a delightful tale of two people who have more in common that they think, but are scared to believe it. Neither one of them trusts that love-at-first-sight really could happen on vacation, even though it's obvious that they are made for each other. Wonderful descriptions of the vacation scenery and a neat inside look at the academic world. I look forward to more from this author! Roxanne Williams Snopek I loved the progression of them from lovers, to almost enemies, and then to HEA... This was a beautifully written love story. Often times these are rushed, and this one was allowed to progress beautifully. I highly recommend this one! It's the perfect book for curling up with a glass of wine.. :) Guilty Pleasures Book Reviews
