As a murderer, Casey isn't a good candidate, but she has something they want: She's a homicide detective, and Rockton has just had its first real murder. She and Diana are in. However, soon after arriving, Casey realizes that the identity of a murderer isn't the only secret Rockton is hiding―in fact, she starts to wonder if she and Diana might be in even more danger in Rockton than they were in their old lives.

Eu amei tudo sobre City of the Lost. Tu-do!

Eu amei o conceito de uma cidadezinha escondida que é o lar de pessoas que querem fugir do seu passado e problemas. O processo de entrevistas e identidades novas e toda a questão do conselho são muito bem elaboradas e fascinantes.

A história é bem creepy as vezes e eu amei a Casey como narradora. O mistério é super empolgante e bem tenso e o processo inteiro de investigação e como a Casey se envolve nele é muito bem escrito.

E as revelações! Elas não paravam de vir e eu me surpreendi com todas elas. O final é um pouco corrido e poderia ter sido desenvolvido um pouquinho mais, mas ainda assim é uma aventura fantástica.
